Guides, cost ranges, and lifespan figures on this site are general information from the sources cited on each page. They are not a quote for your roof. The only price that applies to your job is the written estimate we give you after an inspection.
Your roofing contract controls
Scope, price, schedule, payment, and the 10-year craftsmanship warranty for any job are set in the written estimate and contract you sign. If anything on this site conflicts with your contract, the contract wins.
Using the site
Do not misuse the site, submit false information, or try to interfere with it. Content, photos, and the 10X Roofing Advantage name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.
Third-party links
We link to outside sites such as the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and the Arizona Department of Insurance. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
