Surprise tile: young roofs, one old pocket
More than half of Surprise was built between 2000 and 2009, nearly all under concrete tile. The median home dates to 2005. Marley Park, Surprise Farms, and the newer subdivisions along Grand Avenue and Bell Road are tile from end to end.
